Pigeoncote, Sewerby Cliffs at Morton (front)
The structure was once one of the outbuildings of Home Farm. The woods here are known as Pigeoncote Plantation.
Pleased to report following a submission to Historic England the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport has decided to add the Pigeon Cote to the List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. The building is now listed at Grade II.
