Progress on this has been temporarily halted with the announcement of a Train Simulator 2. No point in spending hours of work if it will all be to no avail come the autumn when the new version of the simulator is due for publication!

However, through the fog it is emerging that most aspects of the original version should convert OK to the new version, so maybe cautious progress can be continued.

Note that this MSTS screenshot is from my first go at building the route, you’ll have to wait to see how it looks in version 2!
